2/30: Today’s tip is on Water and taken from the Les Mills PUMP
nutrition guide – drink half of your body weight in ounces of distilled water
(flat or sparkling as long as it’s calorie free) each day (minimum of 64oz.) To
do this, feel free to add lemon, limes, oranges, strawberry, kiwi, cucumber
slices, frozen grapes, a dash of fruit juice, mint leaves, basil, grated
ginger, rosemary or even create your own raspberry mint ice cubes by filling an
ice try with fresh raspberries and mint leaves! Don’t forget that sometimes when you think
you’re hungry you’re actually thirsty!!

-Ice water with
a few watermelon cubes and strawberry slices
-Ice
water with a lemon slice and torn basil leaves
